After the completion of a thorough analysis of customer plans, our consultants schedule a meeting to present our suggested design options along with a comprehensive line item bid. It provides customers with the information they need to choose the designs that meets customer project requirements.

Design Review

"Where we add design value to your pocket book!" The design review begins with an analysis of customer plans. Our consultants analyzes the plans for aesthetics (style, period, color, texture,) cost savings (use existing designs to save mold and drafting costs) and speed of delivery. Next, we develop relevant design options that create value for the customer. Finally, we schedule a consultation (bid review) with the client to present our findings.
