Intent:
    Sometimes things change; the person that started the project is not necessarily the person that finishes the project. Therefore, we want to verify the last person in command is still the primary contact. Primary contacts might include a variety of officers but would include the person on the contract.

Benefit:
    Give us the ideal opportunity to realign with certain participants and also share information between other related trades (contractors, architects, etc.) about the potential of the project and date.

Examples:
    Example 1: Spoke to the original window manufacturer who has not lost the job to Pella Windows. This gives you advance notice on where to go work on that lead.

    Example 2: One general contractor tells you they weren’t awarded the job. We can inquire which contractor that bid went and call on them.

Definition
    Eliminate contacts no longer relevant to the project and make a determination of their disposition, do they have other projects you’d like to follow up on.
